regulatory info

Whether it’s problem-solving during the project or helping to resolve a final account, we always ensure that the solutions and advice we offer are cost-effective, commercially advantageous and robust.
We aim to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and believe that our success is directly linked to their success.
Please note that whilst our consultants include ex-solicitors who previously practised within a regulated law firm, Quadrant Resolution Limited is not a company authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Instead, our team provide advice to clients as claims consultants and are not practicing solicitors.
Why?
The Legal Services Act 2007, sets out six Reserved Legal Activities which only authorised personnel can carry out. This requires regulation via the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. The work that we do does not need to be (and often is not) carried out by solicitors and our areas of law fall into Unreserved Legal Activities. Therefore we do not need to be regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
Benefit
This is by choice because we feel that it gives us greater flexibility and means we can provide a better value service to you. We are able to avoid the costly overheads that law firms traditionally have to pay. Therefore you will receive seasoned professional advice but at a more cost effective price. If you would like to discuss what this means for your company, please contact us.
